No Receipts
You don’t have to worry about keeping receipts. If you own the tool, our support comes with it. We may ask for a picture of your product to verify your request and give us more information.
Shipping on Us
When we send you a replacement item, we always cover the cost of shipping the new product.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
Pony | Jorgensen warrants it’s products a limited lifetime warranty against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, or altered, or damaged due to improper repair. Deficient products will be replaced. Request a Warranty Replacement.
